Welcome
This is my attempt to document those “set-it-and-forget-it” configurations, mostly for my future self. It’s not really a blog, not quite a wiki either—more like a personal knowledge base of things I’ve figured out along the way.
Most of this is about Nginx configs, Debian servers, and self-hosted stuff—sometimes with Proxmox in the mix. I also mess with mail setups using Postfix and Rspamd, and adjust or copy shell scripts for automation to glue it all together.
Testing and security
The solutions you’ll find here worked for me at the time I wrote them down. That doesn’t mean they’re best practice, or even a good idea in the long run. A lot of it is quick and dirty, which is fine with me. If you’re reading this and thinking of copying something, please make sure to double-check, test properly, and keep security in mind.
Future plans
This is obviously a work in progress. Maybe it’ll evolve into something more structured, maybe not. We’ll see.
